Lewis is a German-American pianist from Albuquerque. He has studied classical piano performance at UNM under Falko Steinbach, and is currently studying jazz piano under James Balagurchik. 

He is dedicated to both teaching and performing piano music, and has explored many different genres and composers. He has experience working with various ensembles, including church choirs, classical quartets, and the UNM symphony orchestra. He has participated in the Klavierfestival Lindlar in Germany twice, which included masterclasses and concerts. 

Outside of music, Lewis enjoys swimming and playing chess.
